Decatur – Baby Faith Nicole Cruz-Goforth, infant daughter of Amber Cruz and Branden Goforth took the loving hands of Jesus at 9:08 pm Thursday, Decemebr 3, 2009 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Graveside services to celebrate Faith’s life will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Graceland Cemetery. Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home is assisting the family with these arrangements. Faith was born December 3, 2009 in Decatur, the daughter of Amber Cruz and Branden Goforth.
She leaves behind her parents and one sister: Amaiyah.
