Frances M. Tilinski-Farrell's Obituary
Decatur- Frances M. Tilinski-Farrell, 98, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, May 31, 2014 at Eastview Terrace in Sullivan.
She was born April 25, 1916 in Decatur, the daughter of Alexander and Sylvia (Bell) Riley. She married Walter Tilinski on October 30, 1934. He preceded her in death October 1, 1973. She then married Roy Farrell December 10, 1977. He preceded her in death April 2, 1996. She was a member of Second Church of God and was previously employed in sales.
She leaves behind her daughters Nancy Giles of Macon, Sue Causey and husband Ronald “Pete” of Decatur, and Linda Lamb and husband Bob of Decatur, grandchildren Mark Giles of Hennesey, OK, Kim Wilson of Macon, Tonya Deibert of Decatur, Terry Causey and Tracy Causey of Decatur, and Robbie Lamb, Scott Lamb and Brian Lamb all of Decatur, sixteen great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren, and sister Sylvia Morgan of Greenwood, IN.
The family would like to give a special thanks to all of the staff Eastiew Terrace for the care given to our Mother.
Graveside services to celebrate Frances’ life will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014
at North Fork Cemetery in Decatur. Memorials are suggested to Second Church of God or Eastview Terrace Activity Fund.
