Decatur – Imogene P. Powell, 86, of Decatur, passed away at 1:25 pm Monday March 9, 2009 at McKinley Court.

Imogene was born December 21, 1922 in Kampsville, Illinois, the daughter of Ed and Ruth (Hendricks) Smith.
She will be sadly missed by her one brother: Eddie (Marcella) Smith of Decatur, several nieces and nephews, and one cousin.
She was reunited in heaven with her parents, one brother, and one sister.
