LOVINGTON- Jack G. Redfern, 82 of Lovington, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at his residence. Jack requested no services be held. Private burial will be in Keller Cemetery in Lovington. Memorials are suggested to the Lo Read Obituary
Jack and I met through hospice when his wife was a patient in DMH Hospice. I then discovered my Uncle Roy Robbins and Jack were good friends. Jack shared many wonderful memories of my Uncle and we enjoyed many good talks. Jack will be missed. Praying for your comfort and peace.

Mr. Redfern was always smiling, displaying a great attitude and setting an example to be followed in life. I remember boating with Jack Jr, his mom and dad, on Lake Shelbyville and being shown a wonderful time, this was high school times....wayyyyy back when. During my last visit to Lovington, in 2019, I passed by the house and enjoyed a few moments with Jack. He continued to display his great example of living life with a smile. My condolences to the family.
