Jacob A. Grant-Miller's Obituary
Jacob Grant-Miller, 34, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at his home in Ramsey, IL. Jacob was born on March 21, 1991, in Decatur, IL, the son of Kelly (Kochell) Long.
Jacob was a one-of-a-kind man. He knew love without ever speaking a word. Though he faced many difficulties in life, he could overcome any obstacle. Jacob was always a happy man, one who enjoyed eating, tearing up paper at any chance he could get, and spinning, always making left turns.
Jacob is survived by his mother and step-father — Kelly and Bradley Long; brother — Kevin (Shyanne) Miller, Jr.; four sisters — Victoria Lee, Tiffany Miller, Alexandria “Starr” Burnett, and Desiree Burnett; grandparents — Carolee and Herbert Pugsley; numerous nieces and nephews; and cherished friend — Matthew Kevin Miller, Sr.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandpa — Donald Smart, Sr.; great-grandma — Nadine Mitton; and best buddy — Harold Eugene Crawford.

A memorial service for Jacob will be held at 11:00am on December 19, 2025, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home.
