Jacqueline Daniels' Obituary
Jacqueline M. Daniels, 89, of Effingham formerly of Decatur passed away on Saturday, April 8, 2017 in her home.
Jacqueline was born on May 4, 1927 in Decatur the daughter of Kenneth and Elsie (Brumfield) Harshbarger. She worked many years as a hairdresser.
Surviving are her son, Larry Owens (Ruth) of Argentina; daughters, Sue Bean of Effingham; Janet Tertocha (Ron) of Mt. Zion; grandchildren, Justin Bean, Laura Neal, Sherie Phelps, Tom Tertocha, David Owens, Caleb Owens, and Joshua Owens; beloved sister-in-law, Ella Mae Harshbarger; special nieces, Linda Harshbarger and Jo Ann Espinosa; six great-grandchildren, and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Richard D. Daniels Sr. And Lee J. Owens, brother, Kenneth Harshbarger, and sister Charlotte Shea.
The family would like to thank the Nurses and caregivers especially Tammy for all their care.
Private family graveside will be in Graceland Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to HSHS Hospice & Home Care of Southern Illinois.
