James T. Jones, 49, of Decatur, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, August 25, 2020.
James was born January 31, 1971, in Decatur, to James Thomas and Louise (Jones) Johnson. He loved music, dance and was the most serious and funniest person, but most of all, he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his father, James T. Johnson; his two sisters, Denise Jones and Miya Jones; two brothers, Karon Williams and Jason Johnson; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise; two nieces, Trinity Newbern and Zora Jones; and his nephew, Omar Newbern.
