I have known James (Jim) Millspaugh for over 40 years. Jim was a great friend and co-worker. Jim was always there to help anyone in need. Jim the caring and gentle giant, may you rest in peace and may your memories be a blessing. Betty Kozar
Jim was one of the good guys. Always with a happy grin. Jim worked at the Navy Primary Standards Laboratory, Naval Air Station at North Island. He was a friend to all, I will miss him greatly and am saddened by his passing. I hope his wife and son fair well as we grieve his lost with you. Mike Cruz lab director. I worked with Jim at the Navy Primary Standards Laboratory in San Diego. He was very knowledgeable of the measurement systems he maintained and used. He was very kindhearted and would give you his shirt off his back.
