James Stephen Moore's Obituary
James Stephen Moore, 76, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, January 7, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital.
James was born November 25, 1940, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to Malcolm T. and Ruth Frances (Cushing) Moore. He proudly served in the United States Navy. He married Brenda Kay Brown on April 22, 1978, in Decatur. He was a packaging mechanic for Wallace Labs for many years. James enjoyed spending time at the Winery and Pops.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Brenda; three brothers, Mike (Sandra) Moore of Johns Creek, GA, Peter (Sandy) Moore of Norcross, GA and John (Eunice) Moore of Duluth, GA; and several nieces.
The family would like to give special thanks to Lindsey, Michelle and Julie at St. Mary’s Hospital for their compassion and care.
