James K. Ross' Obituary
James K. Ross, 67, of Decatur, passed away March 5, 2019 at his residence.
James was born January 17, 1952, in Decatur, the son of Pleasant and Doris (Rutherford) Ross. He married Betty Ross who passed away October 6, 2012.
Surviving are his son, James Ross, Jr. of Arlington, Texas; daughters, Tiffany White of Ohio; Regina (John) Cooksey of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Roxanne Slaw of Decatur; a brother, Mark Ross of Decatur; four sisters, Doris Rountree of Decatur; Cheryl (Ford) Lewis of Decatur; Debra Flesch of Decatur; and Pamela (Marty) Howard of Kentucky; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a granddaughter, Maryiah Parmley; three brothers, Donnie, Michael, and Bill Ross.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will take place one hour to the service at the funeral home.
