I am so very sorry for your loss. JD was the nurse in ICU at OSF when my dad was very ill. I am certain that without the care of JD my dad would not have lived for the extra six months that we had with him. I just want to tell his family how much we appreciated him during the week we spent in the hospital. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God bless you and JD thanks for everything. So sorry for your loss dee and family j.d. was a great friend to my daughter Kaitlyn erdman and I lots of happy memories and a awesome person who was so compassionate to many patients
