Jennifer taught me kindness, grace, compassion, and unconditional love. Growing up with Jennifer as my big sister was nothing short of a true blessing. Jennifer gave me a very special love for individuals with unique abilities. Because of Jen I went into the medical field and ultimately went to working with individuals of all ages that have some type or multiple types of unique abilities. I made it my mission and goal to advocate for them when they may not be able to advocate for themselves. In doing so I became close with a few of my “clients” and built special bonds with them. Some of them have since gone home to be with Jesus but some are still here. Some I had the honor of getting to read God’s word with them, listen to hymns, worship songs, watch sermons on tv whatever the case may be but we were diving into Jesus! Prior to me accepting that position and making it my mission to be there for those folks there’s no way I could have openly sat and talked to anyone like that especially about something so important. I have severe “stage fright” and crippling anxiety and between the two it wouldn’t happen HOWEVER, I can 100% say without a single doubt that I was able to do those things because God used Jennifer to teach me how to! He let me see her be a witness to others and by golly if my big sissy can do it so can I!! So you see not only did Jennifer teach me kindness, grace, compassion, and unconditional love in the “modern world” forms she also taught me those things through God too and how to use God’s word to show kindness, give grace, be compassionate and love unconditionally by helping others find their way to Jesus too. I fully 100% believe with all my heart that Jennifer was sent here by God himself on an assignment to lead people to Jesus and she has absolutely done just that!
Nae Nae, I love you so very much. I cannot thank you enough for being such an awesome example to all of us! You definitely were a faithful steward! There’s not a single doubt in my mind that when you entered those beautiful gates you heard the words “well done thy good and faithful servant”. I know your physical work here on earth is done but I promise your legacy will live on! Until we meet again my beautiful sister!
I love you always!
