Jesse Fulk's Obituary
Jesse Eugene Fulk, 92, passed away at Imboden Creek on January 28, 2023.
Jesse was born on August 22, 1930, to Clyde and Grace Fulk.
He served his country proudly from September 1947 to September 1951. He served 4 years in the Navy. He was stationed on an aircraft in the Mediterranean. He especially enjoyed his time on the USS Corpus Christie. which was the ship he was on when he visited Naples, Italy which was one of his favorite places to visit in his military travels.
Jesse married Dorothy on August 7, 1953, and spend 69 years together. Jesse was a hunter in his younger days. Jesse and Dorothy liked to travel the country. He was an artist and loved the outdoors. Sitting on the porch after a long walk was one of his favorite pastimes, one of his greatest loves in his life was his family. Spending time with them was always a treat for him.
Jesse is survived by his wife, Dorothy Fulk; daughters, Carol Gasaway and Linda (Jeff) Windlan; grandchildren, Todd Fulk, Aaron Hackney, Ryan Hunt and Christal (Andre) Johnson and 5 great-grandchildren. As well as numerous extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dean (Betty) Fulk; son David Fulk; daughter, Connie Fulk and grandson Jason Windlan.
A visitation for Jesse will be held 9-10 am on Friday, February 3, 2023, at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 10am. A comital service will be performed after the Funeral service at Maroa Township Cemetery
