Joan M. Davis' Obituary
Joan M. Davis, 94, entered Eternity on April 28, 2022. Per her wishes,
cremation rites were accorded by Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. A
brief, informal service has been planned for interested family and
friends at Riverside Baptist Church on Friday, May 6 at 10:30a. No

Joan was born on September 3, 1927, Lincoln, Illinois, the daughter of
John and Rena Maurer. She married William Davis on July 15, 1949.
Immediate-family survivors include a daughter: Janet Davis; sons:
Clifford (Cindy) Davis; Wade (Donna Kay) Davis; Brett (Jan) Davis, plus
grandchildren. Joan was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
She was a common, ordinary housewife and mother who early in childhood
discovered God's animal kingdom exemplifies the honesty, ongoing
transparency, and loyalty so sadly lacking among most of the human race.

His special grace in my life...grace that purchased with His blood the
