John D. Arthur, 64, of Decatur passed away on Thursday, October25, 2012 in his home.
John was born on January 10, 1948 in Decatur, the son of Virgil and Mary (Scardello) Arthur. John worked as a maintenance man for Decatur Public Schools.
John is survived by his wife Dixie; brother, Bob Arthur of CA; Aunts, Joann Sea of Decatur and Virginia Brumaster of Decatur.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
No services are scheduled at this time Memorials are suggested to Macon County Humane Society.
