John G. Campbell's Obituary
Decatur – John G. Campbell, 74, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025, in Pana.
John was born on May 4, 1951, in Buffalo, NY, the son of John G. and Marjorie (Mason) Campbell. He was a member and longtime secretary of the Stephen Decatur Masonic Lodge, worked for years at the Masonic Lodge in downtown Decatur and recently was driving for the Decatur Auto Auction. John married Judy Ann Fyke in 1987.
John is survived by his wife Judy of Decatur; children: DeArcy (Alyn) Vaughan of FL, Ray McIntyre of Decatur, and Tina Hitchcock of Decatur; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
John was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation will be held from 4pm until the time of Masonic Rites at 6pm, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. A religious service will follow the Masonic Rites. Private burial will take place at a later date in Fairlawn Cemetery.
