To The Family of John E. Ross (Children, Grandchildren, Sibblings, Family & Friends).Heartbroken, Share your loss. Mr. Ross will always be remembered as a kind, giving, supportive, welcoming and warm human being. He loved GOD, his wife and family. We sat with he and Mrs. Betty Ross at their home as they shared their love story of how they met and their relationship blossomed in Henderson Tennessee. Mrs. Ross would tell us Mr. Ross added a few details she didn't remember and smile. They both had us laughing. We loved spending time with them. They both were so down to earth and made us feel at home. They shared what led them to life in Decatur, Il. and how much they loved the life and family they built together. Mrs. Ross gave Belinda valuable insight about men and their cars whereas Mr. Ross had a few favorite toys. Frequently they offered us to stay at their home when visiting from Kentucky. Mr. Ross was very fond of Martin and acted as a father figure. Both Mr. & Mrs. Ross are unforgettable human beings that touched many lives including ours. They will be dearly, dearly, missed.
