Judith Ann Williams' Obituary
Decatur- Judith “Judy” Ann Williams, 72, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Decatur Memorial Hospital with her family at her side.
Respecting Judith’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded at Graceland/Fairlawn Crematory. Services for Judy will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
Judy was born June 19, 1939 in Decatur, Illinois the daughter of Joseph A. and Ethel (Dyer) Wing Sr. Judy worked as a C.N.A for over 20 years and caring for people was her true passion. She was a loving wife and a caring mother, sister, and aunt. She loved her cat Pretty Boy and the Cubs. Judy married Alfred Julian “Doc” Williams on May 16, 1970 in Warrensburg, Illinois.
She is survived by her husband Doc, son; Anthony of Decatur, sister; Marsha (Ralph) Cox of Mt. Zion, two brothers in Arkansas, brother-in-law; Terry, sister-in-laws; Dianne and Lisa, mother-in-law Mary E. Williams, special niece; Erin, and several nieces and nephews.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents.
The family would like to thank Dr. Guaglianone, and the staff at the Cancer Care Specialist and Decatur Memorial Hospital for all the care and kindness they showed Judy.
