I was shocked and so saddened to hear the tragic news of Karen's sudden death. Karen and I shared many fun times together in Presser Hall during our years at IWU. I had a blast hanging out with Karen, Ann McMann, Kim (Ferguson) Struck, and John Menner in 2010 during an IWU reunion. Now, I will cherish that time. To Karen's family, I send my deepest sympathies.
