My prayers and condolences go out to the entire family. I wasn't a close friend of Keith, but I remember him from high school (MHS, Class of 1989). I worked with Keith & will always remember his smile & wave as he passed by me (flaglady). In Sept. 2010 I lost my Mom & one month later he lost his Dad so we seemed somehow connected through that & he was always asking me how I was doing, while letting me know how much he missed his Dad & how concerned he was for his Mom. He seemed to have such a sweet, tender heart & I know how much he loved his family..wife & children, etc. My heart breaks for you all in your loss of him. I didn't know him well but I know he was a blessing to me when I lost my Mom & I appreciate that very much. May God comfort you through this difficult time & in the days to come. I have known Keith since kindergarten and we were always friends thru all of our school days. I remember when he had his accident and going to see in the hospital, making him laugh and trying to cheer him up. I hope his family can find peace in knowing that they now have an awesome guardian angel.
Keith was one of the original members of the Decatur Poker League and he loved getting together for some cards. We were close for many years, and loved our Cubbies. I will think of him every time I eat bone in wings. I know he is in a good place with his Dad.Phillip Barry
