Leah Janice Buth entered the world at 4:17 a.m. on April 21, 2025, at 1 pound and 1.5 ounces, 8 inches long, to loving parents Katie and Ellis V. Buth. Leah was welcomed into Heaven at 9:12 a.m.
Leah was surrounded by love every moment of her life. She will be remembered and treasured by the family every day of theirs.
Leah is survived by, and will be forever cherished by: parents, Ellis V. & Katie Heckman Buth along with big brother, Victor (Harristown, IL); Grandparents, Ellis A. & Karen Buth (Warrensburg, IL); Grandparents John & Linda Heckman (Harristown, IL); two great-grandmothers; five aunts and uncles; five cousins; and many other loved ones.
Leah will be laid to rest in a private family ceremony. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Share Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support or Pilgrim Lutheran Church of Decatur, IL.
