Lenda N. Taylor's Obituary
Lenda N. Taylor, 80, of Mt. Zion, Illinois, passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Lenda was born in Detroit, Michigan, on September 13, 1943, the daughter of Lendell Taylor and Mildred Lowery. She was a lively, friendly, outgoing person who never met a stranger. She loved to sing, dance, and color.
Lenda is survived by her sister Sandra (Green) Correy of Surprise, Arizona; her niece Tymori Taylor; her nephew Bertram Correy; her cousin Charles L. Sharp; and a host of extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Charles Taylor.
Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home is providing cremation services for Lenda. A memorial to celebrate Lenda’s life will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023, at Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home.
