Leroy James Hall's Obituary
Decatur-Leroy James Hall, 74, of Decatur, passed away at 2:00 pm Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Eastview Terrace in Sullivan, Illinois.
Services to celebrate Leroy’s life will be 10:00 am Friday, January 16, 2009 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services. Interment at a later date will be at Cornell Cemetery in Cornell, Wisconsin. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. Leroy was born April 27, 1934 in Cornell, Wisconsin the son of Victor J. and Hazel (Maug) Hall. He was employed as a janitor with Millikin Bank and then for approximately ten years at Macon Resources. He was an avid fisherman.
He leaves behind his brother; Ray Hall and wife Kathleen of Decatur, Illinois nephew; Mark Hall and wife Racheal of Indiana, nieces; Tina Hall and husband Judge of Decatur, Illinois and Karen Hall of Decatur, three great-nephews, nine great-nieces, one great-great-nephew, and special friends Melody Foster of South Carolina and Richard Walter of Blue Mound.
He was reunited in heaven with his parents, step father Ed Sacket, niece Leona A. Hall, and great-nephew Joshua Reimer.
