Linda Jean Beck's Obituary
Linda Jean Beck, 71, of Decatur, passed away January 19, 2022 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Linda was born in Decatur on May 15, 1950, the daughter of Robert and Norma (Cox) Laws. She served as Deputy Circuit Clerk. She was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She enjoyed arts, crafts, sewing, and thrift shopping. Linda married James Beck on January 29, 2017.
Linda is survived by her husband Jim; children Robert (Carrie) Laws of Battlefield, MO, William (Tricia) Benzing of Clarksville, TN, Carla (Keith) Roberts of Decatur, James Bird of Ft. Myers, FL, Ashley Bird of Decatur, and Elizabeth Bird of Decatur; several stepchildren; brother Terry Laws of Ft. Myers, FL; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
