Linda Heffington's Obituary
Linda Heffington, 72, of Decatur, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2016 in her home, surrounded by her family.
Linda was born on September 18, 1943 in Decatur, IL the daughter of Earl and Leah E. (Hart) Osborn. She married Kenneth Heffington on October 20, 1961. They shared fifty-four wonderful years together.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Heffington of Decatur; sons, Kevin Heffington of Decatur, Jeff (Yvonne) Heffington of Mentor, OH; brother, James (Peggy) L. Osborn of Decatur; sister, Carrol S. (Lewis) Bray of Decatur; grandchildren, Eric Heffington, and Nicole Heffington.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Richard Osborn, sister, Monna Harris.
Services to celebrate Linda’s life will be 11am on Friday March 25, 2016 in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7pm on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the Cancer Care Specialist of Decatur.
