Decatur – Loretta L. Kelly, 84, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
Loretta was born February 27, 1935, in Decatur, the daughter of Curtis and Lora (Kester) Spelbring. A homemaker, Loretta married James L. Kelly and he preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were 2 grandchildren.
Surviving are her children: Rodney (Geri Ann) Spelbring of TX, Kenda Haggermann of Decatur, Dana Reed-Fennimore of Decatur, James L. (Marcia) Kelly, Jr, of Decatur, and Roy (Vickie) Kelly of Decatur; 25 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren; sister, Zelma Wilkinson of NV; other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be 2 pm, Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Graceland Cemetery.
