Lorraine retired from St. Mary’s Hospital in 1986 where she had worked in the Admitting department for many years. Moving to Minnesota in 1996 she was employed at the Wal-Mart Store in Forest Lake, MN as a greeter. At Wal-Mart, she was affectionately known as the “Cookie Lady” as she baked cookies for fellow employees of Wal-Mart almost every day she worked. She loved music (loved the Eagles), dancing, laughing, shopping, and being with family and friends. She was almost always smiling, laughing or jokingly giving somebody a “hard time”. Her humor and laughter will be missed.
Lorraine was a hard working mother that devoted her life to her family and friends. She will be missed by all.
