Lou Ann Siburt's Obituary
Decatur – Lou Ann Siburt, 98, of Decatur, passed away 10:04am Tuesday March 4th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Lou Ann was born February 17th, 1927, daughter of Alva and Ada Lucille Wagner. Lou Ann married William (Bill) Siburt on July 6th, 1944.
She is survived by her daughters: Billie (Dick) Jestis and Joyce (Mark) Sadorus; sons: Steve (Sue) Siburt and Mark (Debbi) Siburt; daughter in-law Ruth Siburt and son in-law Joe Mars; sister Joan Reitzel; brothers: Wally and David Wagner. She was blessed with 19 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren and 24 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, son Michael Siburt and daughters: Donna Sears and Patricia Mars; brothers: Jim and Dick Wagner; sister Vivian Kretsinger.
Lou Ann was employed as a cake decorator for Tolly’s pastries and Van Zetti’s bakery and was a member of the Decatur Church of the Brethren.
A visitation will be held on Monday March 10th from 5 to 7 pm, at the Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 11th at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
