Decatur-Margaret Eloise Buckley, 80, of Decatur, passed away at 11:50 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2010 at Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Services to celebrate Margaret's life will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Interment with 'Flight Home' Ceremony will be in Macon County Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Peoples Church of God and Mt. Zion Christian Church. Margaret was born March 20, 1930 in Decatur, the daughter of Edwin J. and Margaret (Coffey) Reynolds. She was previously employed as a cook at Firestone. She was a member of the Peoples Church of God and attended Mt. Zion Christian Church. She married Richard Buckley August 8, 1949 in Decatur.
She leaves behind her sons; Michael and wife Karen and Timothy and wife Carol all of Decatur, grandchildren; Christina Buckley-Farahmandpour and husband Mehran, Michael Peter Buckley and wife Davani, and Matthew Buckley and wife Theresa, great-grandchildren; Taylynn and Hayden, and step-grandson; Jared Rice.
She was reunited in Heaven with her parents and grandson Adam Buckley.
