Marian B. Morstatter's Obituary
Marian Berneda Morstatter, 63, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 26, 1962, in Peoria, IL, the daughter of Ronald Dean and Ramona Grace (Buckalew) Campbell.
Marian married her beloved husband, Mark Morstatter, on September 18, 2010, at their home in Decatur, IL. Marian was incredibly hard working and notably served for many years as a field representative for the United States Census Bureau. In her free time, she enjoyed word puzzles, true crime, and trips to the beach. Above all, she loved spending time with her family.
Marian is survived by her husband — Mark Morstatter of Decatur, IL; children — Elizabeth (Brian) Perkins of Virginia Beach, VA, Sarah Hall of Decatur, IL, and Jacob Hall of Decatur, IL; brother — Randal (Carrie) Campbell of Abingdon, IL; grandchildren — Kelly Weller, Emily Perkins, and Eleanor Perkins; great-granddaughter — Carmen Julian; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marian was preceded in death by her parents; son — Jonathan Hall; and sisters — Suzanne Pippin and Paula Borger.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association in her honor.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00pm following the visitation with burial to take place at Macon County Memorial Park.
