Amanda and Melissa,
I was thinking of your mom today. I was telling the story of my favorite client that wore Vanilla instead of perfume and she always smelled so lovely.
I decided to google her name and came across her obituary. Even though it has been a few years since I left Illinois, I did not know she had passed. It was emotional for me to know this. I loved my visits with your mom. Especially when I would go the house and do her hair there. You spoke of her landscaping and it was beautiful.
My sincere condolences to you. I know even though it's been a while, her presence is still greatly missed.

Marilee and I went to high school together at MacArthur here in Decatur as members of the famous class of 1964. Although we didn't converse a lot over the years when we did it was always a quality experience. She was extremely astute and intellectual and also funny. She had the greatest giggle. It was a honor to meet Marilee during one of her first visits to Boise, Idaho to visit her daughter, Melissa. Melissa is a dear friend who is sorely missed here in Idaho, but I’m so happy she was there with her mom in the end.
