Marjorie Kay Suska, 63, of Decatur, IL, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 in her home.
Margi K. was born January 30, 1951 in Omaha, NE, the daughter of Oscar Lewis and Nancy (Baker) Bruner. She owned the Double MM Saloon in Onarga, IL, and she loved baking, sewing, and working on crafts in her spare time. She married Mark Suska on August 28, 1999 at Tall Grass Farms. She was preceded in death by her husband Mark who she has gone to meet at the Lord’s feet.
Margi K. is survived by her children, Lisa Swanson (Teddy); Jeff Swanson (Kayla); Mandy Swanson-Dickenson (George); Amy Sullivan (Tim); Ryan McGahan (Jamie); grandchildren, , Misha, Darion, Austin, Gage and Malachi; expecting first great-grandchild, Chanell Dickenson; sisters, Cissie, Marty, and Beverly; and nephews, David, Charles, and Mikie.
Visitation services will be held 2- 3p.m. Monday, March 10, 2014 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
