Mark Bridge's Obituary
Mark Allen Bridge, 64, of Decatur, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021, in his home surrounded by his loving family.
Mark was born on September 20, 1956, in Decatur, IL, to Samuel Edmund and Shirley Ann (Beggs) Bridge. He was a member of Local Union 159. Mark loved NASCAR, Dale Earnhart fan, music and spending time with his loving family.
He is survived by his three children, Jesse (Jackie) Bridge, Sam (Sarah) Bridge III and Trisha Songer; five grandchildren, Jesse Bridge, Jr., Makena (Matt) Mullins, Ainsley McDonald, Dreah Dunn and Owen Clark; one great grandson, Memphis Mullins; his mother, Shirley Bridge; fiancé, Gail Babb; his brother, Scott (Anita) Bridge and his sister, Cheryl (Roger) Chaney.
He was preceded in death by his father and one grandson, Jayce Bridge.
Visitation services to celebrate the life of Mark Bridge will be February 5, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon. Burial will be at a later date in Mt. Gilead Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family.
