Matthew Daniel Beese's Obituary
Matthew Daniel Beese, 23, of Decatur, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015, in Decatur.
Matthew was born January 21, 1992, in Decatur to Douglas Bruce and Linda Kay (Sullivan) Beese. He graduated from Macarthur High School in 2010. Matthew was an ambitious and motivated person. He was a foreman and owner of Real Deal Painting. Matthew also worked at Olive Garden in Decatur for several years. He recently started a new position with GSI in Assumption, IL. He loved to play hockey, baseball, skateboard and stunt BMX. Matthew was loved by all.
He is survived by his parents, Douglas and Linda Beese of Decatur; brother, Michael Beese of Decatur; aunts, Debra Beese of Minneapolis, MN; Debra (Johnnie) Binkley of Decatur; uncles, Daniel (Gail) Beese of Bradenton Beach, FL; Robert Temple of Florida; and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gerald and Murlie Beese; Charles Sullivan and Barbara Fratini; uncle, Larry Temple; aunt, Sandra (Beese) Cook and cousin, Ryan Cook.
Services to celebrate the life of Matthew Beese will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Susan G. Komen.
