I have been thinking all week of what I wanted to say. I sing other people's words much better than writing mine own. Missy was one of the best friends I ever had. I can't think about my early 20s and not think of her. Some of my best memories of life were shared with her. I was not only close with Missy though. I was also close with all of her family as they were the most important people to her. And she was kind enough to share them with me. From swimming in her dad's pool, to drinks on the drive at Aunt Jill & Uncle Gary's, Sunday dinners at Grandma & Grandpa Jackson's, to playing washers at JR & Julie's house and having the honor of singing at her mom's wedding. One of the hardest things about moving to Colorado was leaving all of you. I know had I stayed I would have remained close to Missy and all of her family as well. The last time I saw her was the summer of 2010. She talked about how happy and proud she was to be a mother. And I know she was a great one. I am heartbroken I cannot be at Missy's service but I know that she left this world knowing how much I loved her. For all of her family and close friends that she has left behind please know that you are in my heart always and in my mind often. Until we meet again…..
My condolence to the Auton family. Working and knowing Missy was a great memoryand pleasure through the years. Her beautiful smile will always be remembered in mythoughts of her. My prayers are with all of you. Diane Fruchtl
To Judy, my forever friend, and family. I was lucky enough to know Missy from birth. I watched her play as a little girl, become a dancer that she loved so much, become a teenager, to a wife and mother. Always with that beautiful smile. She did everything right, and enjoyed so much being a mom. There are no words to bring comfort for this loss. I pray God wraps his arms around you and gives you the strength to get through this most difficult time. Special prayer for Missy's two little ones. I will not be back in town to attend the service, but know you are in my heart, my thoughts, and my prayers. Love to you Judy, and the family.Forever, Debbie Griffin
My deepest condolences go out to Missy's family and friends. I am truly so sorry for your loss. My heart is hurting for her family and her boys especially. I haven't seen her in years but have many fond memories of her from my childhood. I just found a picture of her and I all dressed up in our dance costumes… She was a great dancer ! My prayers go out to her family as I know she will be deeply missed.Sug (Nicole) Rodgers Debolt
I first met Missy when she was in the 8th at TJ when I was student teaching in PE. She always had a smile on her face and was always so nice to me. I still remember her in her red cut off sweatpants and her white t-shirt, her PE uniform. ?? Every teacher has a favorite student and she was my "first favorite student. I went to a couple of her volleyball games at EHS, then didn't see her until she worked at ADM. My wife also worked there and after I retired I would go have lunch about once a week with her. Usually saw Missy there, and got a chance to say hi and visit a little bit. I always looked for her when I was there. Always had that pretty smile on her face. I feel very blessed to have been a part of her life, even though it was only for a short time. I never forgot her and I never will. She will be truly missed by many. God bless her and her family and friends😄😄👏👏. Joel Edmonson
