Poem by Uncle Jonas De’Var Bond – A Message of Hope
I know my years on Earth have been few, to join hands with God, I had to leave you-
I love my brothers and parents, I wasn’t ready to say goodbye, perhaps you thought of things you wish you had said-
Well so have I -
One thing I would have told you all, is don’t worry no more-
I‘m in God’s hands, walking through heaven’s door, you knew that’s where I’d be, sorry I left you all sad
I love you Meat, Kayden, Shaughn, Mom and dad. I ask the Lord to ease your hurt and comfort you somehow. It’s be tough at the beginning, but you you’ll make somehow. I hope it helps to know I’ll be waiting in Heaven with granny Toninette and Georgia. PLEASE DON’T SAY I LOST A BATTLE BECAUSE IT’S GODS WAR TO WIN OR LOSE- LOVE YOU ALL
