Michael Kent Kraus' Obituary
Decatur – Michael Kent Kraus, 69, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, April 9, 2020.
Michael was born on July 30, 1950, in Pana, IL, the son of Henry and Mary (Corley) Kraus. He worked as an operator for ADM and loved to fish and play pool. He married Virginia Pettit on August 24, 1991 and she preceded him in death on February 17, 2018. Also preceding him in death were his parents; brothers: Bob, Larry, Danny, and Donnie; sisters: Betty, Rose, Kathy, and Byllee.
Surviving are his sisters: Lana (Roger) Mason and Genie (Ed) Tilly; stepsons: Paul (Cindy) Larsen, William (Lisa) Larsen, and Todd (Sachico) Larsen; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Private family visitation will be held following services at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Private family burial will take place in Graceland Cemetery.
