Michael Roy Staples, 73, of Decatur, passed away Thursday June 11, 2020.
Michael was born June 21, 1946 in Chicago, IL to Albert Edward and Cassandra Roy (Besley) Staples.
He is survived by his brother, James (Pauline) Staples; two sisters, Alida Staples and Alexandra Daniels; and may nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers and two sisters.
Graveside services to celebrate the life of Michael Staples will be 1 p.m. Friday, June 26, 2020, in Graceland Cemetery.
