Missy, I will miss you always Kathy
Michell was a saint and took her job seriously with compassion and loving care to all she knew. She was a dear friend and I will surely miss her smile and laughter.
Michelle and I were colleagues for over 18 years. She was the best colleague. She was straight-forward, honest, and professional. Her knowledge in the field of educational audiology was boundless. Michelle was not afraid to be that voice that encouraged you to think about all sides of an issue. She had great rapport with parents and children who came to her office for hearing evaluations. She gave countless inservices to teachers and other school staff about hearing loss. Michelle explained things clearly and concisely so that you could understand. Most precious to me though was our friendship. Michelle was there for both of my parents’ visitations and she always took interest in how my family was doing- just two weeks ago Michelle sent me a text asking how one of my brother Dave was doing. I am honored to call her friend and I am honored to know her beautiful family.

Michelle Lewis was a caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable audiologist. I enjoyed working with her as a school nurse. She had such patience with the children, especially those with special needs.
My sincere sympathy to her husband, children and extended family. I hope you find comfort in all the expressions of sympathy by those who were touched by her life.
Remembering Michelle as a MPSED colleague and sending condolences to you, her family. I’m sorry that I will be unable to stop by the visitation. I am upholding you all in my prayers. May you find comfort at this difficult time.Kelli Shirley
Michelle was always very kind and respectful to us and our son. We are so grateful for her work with the school district and her dedication to improving children’s lives.
