I just found out from my ex, that Mildred is his birth mother. Bill Moore & his twin sister Jill. I have a 13yr old son with Bill (William George Moore) Bill lives in Decatur & I do too. I would've liked to have known her. Bill always kept secrets. Bill has 2 daughters. Oldest daughter(Rachel) has 3 kids. Youngest daughter (Isabelle) died years ago in a fire, but she has a daughter. Bill & Jill were adopted by Hubert & Margaret Moore.
I cannot remember when and where I first met Mildred but from the onset she was a special lady. My memory is long ago she worked at a rest area near Decatur. Please pass my note along to the family including Robert who will remember my trying to teach him to drive.
