Millie Kathleen Crouch's Obituary
Millie Kathleen Crouch, 87, of Decatur, IL, died at 5:30 A.M. on Tuesday (07-19-2022) at Hickory Point Christian Village peacefully in her sleep.
Millie Kathleen Crouch was born on November 8, 1934 in Bement, Illinois, the daughter of Charles Wesley and Emillia Lucille (Glebe) Lugar.
She worked for Federal Kemper Insurance Company and was a homemaker. Millie liked to bowl in leagues, walk, and ride her bicycle.
Millie married Charles Clay Crouch, Jr, on January 13, 1965 in Decatur, Illinois. Along with Charles’ adopted son, Kevin, she enjoyed 47 years of marriage until the death of Charles in June of 2012.
Surviving are her son, Kevin of Decatur; her brother Cecil (Pat) Lugar of Decatur and her sister Mary Verna Smith of Decatur. There are many nieces, nephews and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, baby sister Virginia Lou, and her husband.
Millie is being served by Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. There will be a private graveside service in Graceland cemetery.
