Minnie Jo Flaugher's Obituary
Minnie Jo Flaugher, 83, of Decatur, IL passed away June 9, 2024 at her residence and was reunited with the love of her life, Larry and son, Jim.
Minnie Jo was born May 2, 1941 in Logan, WV, the daughter of Andrew and Betty (Toler) Mullins. She married Larry Flaugher, October 15, 1961 in Decatur, IL.
Surviving are her children, Sandy Kopp of Decatur, IL, Danny Flaugher (Lorrie) of Yelm, WA, Chris Yearta (Doug) of Decatur, IL; siblings, Kathy Coppenbarger; grandchildren, Sara, Melissa, Jessica, Lindsay, Zach, Meghan, Derek, Irisah; great grandchildren, Chloe, Jack, Henry, Carson, Eloise, Maren, Stevie, Ryker, and Brett.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, James; Larry; brothers, Andy Mullins, Curtis Mullins; sisters, Geri Peyton, Jackie Francisco, and Tennis Mullins.
Jo had dedicated her life to her family and serving the Lord. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and watching her great grandchildren play. She loved watching westerns, especially Gunsmoke.
Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Thursday June 13, 2024 at Second Church of God. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM till 11:00 AM June 13, 2024 at the church. Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery.
Memorials may be left to Second Church of God.
