I regret that I only learned today of Nick Hardin's passing and missed his service. I regret even more the loss of a kind and compassionate yet determined follower of Christ, a man who loved God more than even his family (and the Cardinals), and a man who encouraged so many including me when perhaps we weren't at our best. He took a literal leap of faith when he started his church, but that move pretty much sums up Nick: willing to do what he knew had to despite the fact many others would have played it safe. May the peace and love of God which surpasses all our understanding be with Fran, Kara, Lance, Robb and all the rest of the family in this difficult time. Steve and Chris Perbix
Pastor Nick I have known you Fran and the kids for over 25 years now and the first funeral you ever preached was my grandfather's followed by others in my family. I could always count on you and Fran to pray with me and be there no matter what hour of the day or night. I will miss you greatly, but it's not goodbye rather until we meet again in Heaven. You guys always have a special place in my heart. Love Always, Rachael!!!
Nick Harden Family; So sorry for your loss. Nick and I grew up together in Argenta and went through school together. In the last few years, Nick and I would set and watch our grandkids play sports, as He and I had kids at the same schools. We always enjoyed each others company, while we bragged on the kids. Nick had such a strong faith, that you could see Jesus in him. I will miss him much. GOD bless all the family. Leroy Moyer
To Fran and family, I gratefully remember your send-off to Rome with which you surprised me back in 1979. May the "coincidences" (?) of Palm Sunday and Good Friday sustain you as you grieve for Nick and ponder the mystery of Jesus' Passion, Death and Resurrection, into which we are incorporated and united.Kevin Laughery
My heart goes out to the family Pastor Nick. I'm sorry I can't attend his celebration of life services. I've cut Nicks's hair for several years and we always had the best conversations. One of the things I always took away from his visits is this fact… He was proud of his family!! He kept me updated on all the grandkids activities and enjoyed telling the tails of their trumiphs. He was proud of his whole family and if everything he said was true, and I believe that it was, he had every reason to be. God bless and take comfront in the fact he of all people had his heart in the right place. Godspeed to Nick.
My deepest sympathy to the Hardin family.
My dear Pastor Nick, Jim and I will miss you so much. As we know your wife, family, congregation and friends will. A man of integrity and faithfulness to them all you were. Jim and I are thankful for the years that we have known you and had the privilege of ministering with you. Words cannot express our sense of loss or our sense of expectation of seeing you again 'just over in the Gloryland'! Well, done, good and faithful servant. Until then…….
