Decatur – Norma Jean Fisher, 96, of Decatur, IL, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023.
Norma Jean was born September 20, 1927, in Decatur, IL, the daughter of Romey J. and Cleada Mae (Blackburn) Smith. A homemaker, Norma Jean was a member of Foursquare Church. She married Richard Ervin Fisher on February 19, 1946, in Decatur, IL and he preceded her in death.
Surviving is her daughter-in-law, Elli Fisher of MN; grandchildren: Joe Fisher of MN and Holly Fisher of Decatur; 3 nieces, 1 nephew, other relatives, and friends.
Norma Jean was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sons: Ronald and David; 1 brother and 4 sisters.
Graveside service will be 2pm, Monday, October 30, 2023, at Graceland Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
