Patricia Newlin, 71, of Decatur, passed away January 7, 2022 in her home. Pat was born in Decatur on December 4, 1950, the daughter of Wayne and Norma (Suddith) Newlin. She worked for thirty-three years as the office manager for Read Obituary
I remember meeting Patti at Mt Calvary. I was so blessed she sang second soprano. She always helped me get my pitch. I was really lost when she and her family left Mt Calvary and was delighted to find her at Pilgrim many years later. I loved her sense of humor. I admired her organizational abilities and her having things ready before we knew we needed them. Her work was beautiful. We shared a mutual love of church, books and dogs. I will miss her terribly.
Praying for Patti’s family during this time of loss. Patti was such a sweet lady and I will forever remember her.
