Perry Buck's Obituary
Forsyth–Perry W. Buck, 89, died Sunday, September 8, 2013 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
Perry was born May 30, 1924, the son of Fred and Esther (Wehrle) Buck in Ramsey, IL. He married Wilmadean Adams on June 6, 1953. She preceded him in death on August 28, 2010.
Perry served in the Navy during WWII and Korea. He retired in 1979 as an engineer for the Federal Government in Eatontown, NJ.
Surviving are brother, Le Roy Buck (Doris) of Ramsey; sister, Louella Goldsborough (Edward) of Brownstown, IL; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Adams of Forsyth; Melbaline Whittington (Melvin) of Forsyth; and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Wilmadean; parents; brothers, Ivan, Stanley, Nolan, and Raymond; and sisters, Doris and Letha.
Private graveside services will be held at Myers Cemetery in Herrick, IL. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Hickory Point Christian Village Memory Care, Attn: L. Brown, 565 W. Marion, Forsyth, IL 62535.
