Phat Tan Tran, 52, of Decatur passed away Monday, September 2, 2013 in Decatur Memorial Hospital.
A service to honor Phat’s life will be 1- 5PM Thursday, September 5, 2013 in Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home. Cremation will follow in Graceland/ Fairlawn Crematory. Burial will take place at a later date in Vietnam.
