Phyllis Virginia Baker's Obituary
Phyllis V. Baker, 83, of Argenta, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family.
Phyllis was born October 15, 1931, in Decatur to Carlos and Kathryn (Pryczynski) Tuttle. She married Darrell A. Baker on December 5, 1959 in Springfield, IL.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Darrell; seven children, Darrell W. (Sondra) Baker of Argenta, Nick D. (Pam) Baker of Argenta, Georgiana Bond of Mansfield, OH, Vickie (Darryl) Hiser of Argenta, Sue (Tom) Butera of Decatur, Mary (Doug) Bond of Argenta, Rick (Cindy) Baker of Decatur; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and one brother, Larry (Nancy) Tuttle of Decatur.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and three sisters.

Services to celebrate the life of Phyllis V. Baker will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015, at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home, 2091 N. Oakland Ave. Decatur. Burial will be at Friends Creek Cemetery in Argenta. Memorials may be directed to the donor’s choice.
