Our Grandma Hanks was the first client Phyllis ever took into her home. She was truly kind and loving to all the people she cared for. I'm sure it has saved her a special place in Heaven for all the devotion over all of her years. I'm very sorry for your lose John. I did enjoy running into her from time to time. She was quite a character!
