Phyllis A. Hubbard-Reeter's Obituary
Decatur – Phyllis A. Hubbard-Reeter, 83, of Decatur, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021.
Phyllis was born January 22, 1937, in Decatur, the daughter of Frank and Margaret (Folkman) Hubbard. A member of First United Methodist Church, Phyllis worked as a caseworker for Decatur Township for more than 20 years.
Surviving is her son, John Robert Wesley (Denise) Reeter of Decatur; grandchildren: John Alec Reeter and Alyssa Ann Reeter; brother, Frank (Viki) Hubbard, Sr of Decatur; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be 10 am Tuesday, January 12, 2021, until the service time of 11 am at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
CDC and IDPH guidelines will be followed, building occupancy will be limited, social distancing and masks are required.
